No, it is .3%THC that is legal in almost all states and to mail order. That is quite a bit lower than you get at a dispensary. The ones I have are strong - so I take 1/4 of one gummy. I noted that if I ordered online, I would have to take multiple gummies to get 12mg THC. Some have very small amounts like 1-2mg per gummy. It varied by state what is allowable. Indica is the strain that is sedating.
