Corneal transplant

Has anyone out there had a corneal transplant?? Looking for information before I have mine done in June.

I couldn't get to to open either.

Hello Rosemary,
Thank you for replying so quickly. I met with the surgeon a year ago and then recently had a letter to say I was booked for a cataract op followed up 4 weeks later for the transplant but not had any discussions.
I will check your link out in the morning as it is 2.57am in uk.

I'm not sure of the procedure only that he change it to doing both ops at the same time. I feel a bit worried about it all.

Had corneal transplant done twenty years ago with cataract removal at the same time. Nothing to worry about it.
