Food for thought:
I've had a completely different diagnosis- some trouble with chronic pneumonitis and the respiratory nerves were inflamed.
Cymbalta has helped much in calming those nerves.
This is Not a typical use for this med.
Get well and relief soon 🙏
I’ve migrated to just stretchy bras with no seams and really no support. But that also means no wires and no seams. They are sufficiently modest but that’s about it.
Hi . I had right lower lobe removed July 2021. I have so much right side pain. It seems since my gut has gained it might be worse. I am guessing nerves and muscles. Had a thoratic epidural no help. Worry about forever pain I am 75
Yea I get it - sad to say.
I still have left side rib pain and pain when I take a deep breath. And like I said some flashes of pain across my upper abdomen. I was offered a nerve block but I passed. I feel like I just have to get used to it sometime - might as well be now.
Hi. Well I also feel it’s forever pain. It has affected my whole right side and middle tummy. But at least I am cancer free. My yearly CT scan next week. Thanks for your reply and I know I am not alone. Have a great day
I agree soft bras . I wear camisoles often. I think if I lost abdomen weight it might be less pain. Hard to tell . We have a friend 82 having lobectomy in 2 weeks . Sorry for him . Thanks for sharing
Partners in pain. 🙄😁
I had right upper lobe removed in 2011 and still have occasional nerve pain in that area. The have monitored me very close since and I had adenocarcinoma again in lower left lobe and had that removed Dec 2023. Some nerve pain more than with the right. So frustrated, and impatient but the good news I'm alive, no oxygen needed even with 40% loss so I'm very grateful cancer is gone and I have been given more time with my loved ones.
My nerve pain from right upper lobectomy 2020 was severe so they prescribed Gabapentin & it does help.
Did they go in the front or back?
I'm taking roboxin for muscle. I didn't have any meds given to me after 2020. This time the gave me lyrica but trying not to the it because it makes me too sleepy. Both surgeries under breast around to the back
