TORONTO — Canadian pharmaceutical manufacturer of generic medicines, Apotex Inc. has launched APO-ApixabanTM tablets and has called it the country's first generic alternative to Eliquis®. Apotex's apixaban is an oral anticoagulant indicated for the prevention and treatment of harmful blood clots.
I’ve use Apixaban the generic form of Eliquis for 2 years. Apotex is the Canadian company that makes this drug. Well established company.
I’m on Eliquis for AFib. Sept 2023 I had an ablasion and so far so good!
Considering Watchman in the near future to get off blood thinners. Meanwhile, My Part D UHC COPAY for Eliquis went from $137 for 180 tabs of 5mg to $465! Looking into Canada generic but not sure about the quality of the source. So many companies and prices. Almost too good to be true. Anyone have experience with Canada drugs? Recommendations? Thanks!
I've used PricePro Pharmacy from BC, Canada for about 4 years. Their number is 1-855-776-0079.
(They also take Rx from your doctor if she is willing: 855-776-0006. Some are and some are not, just ask. One of my doctor's gave me a copy that I faxed to them.) I use an American Express to save paying extra for other banking services.
PricePro FAX number is 866-776-0006. Their phone number is 1-855-776-0079. My Rx is manufactured in Canada, others take longer to arrive from other places. All are quoted when you order and there are no surprises.

It can be a little confusing trying to figure it out. The "Follow" "Following" button is at the top of a Support Group for example Heart Rhythm Conditions and the small bell icon at the bottom of a discussion description is used to select how you want to be notified. Another way to select the support groups you follow is through your Profile Settings & Preferences. You can access this by clicking on your profile icon at the top right of any page and select Settings & Preferences. Then scroll down to the Notifications and Preferences section and click the Edit link to the right of Activity I Have Followed or Muted. This will show you the groups you follow or have muted (unchecked).
Let me know if you still have a question and I'll see if I can help.

I have been very happy with Canadian Pharmacy Services. They are very helpful and relatively cheaper than the US pharm /insurance scoundrels.

Thanks for the info! You are from Canada, so wonder if they would sell to US, since there is no approved generic yet. I will inquire.
Thanks for sending this again. I tried once without success -- will try again later today.
I just tried again and could see some of the access features ... thanks for sending this again. I may have more questions.
I get my Eliquis from Pharmstore.com and the by it from MAR/CAN made in Canada.
Mar/can has been producing APIXABAN in Canada since 9/20/2022.
