How do I get rid of heart palpitations after eating 🥣

I have been suffering for years with heart palpitations during or after eating.I have been for a heart check and everything’s was ok.
I just wanted to know is there a cure or any medication I can use.

Hi @hermy123 You’ve gone through all the testing to make sure your heart is in great shape, so that’s really good news. There are other conditions that can feel like the heart fluttering or having palpitations. Interestingly enough, gas bubbles or sometimes GERD can produce similar feelings. My daughter and I both have that happen. Our hearts are fine but if we have belly gas, it can feel like a flutter sometimes.

Are you have caffeine or alcohol with dinner? Those two things cause palpitations for me!
