I switched from NOW CoQ10 to Qunol ubiquinol about a month ago. I can’t tell a difference so far. I switched after reading that it’s more bioavailable given my age. I’m very careful with supplements. But I recently started taking taurine and it’s blown my mind as it completely stopped my ectopic beats.
