Hi
I have burning, niddle pinching sensation in my feet from last 6 months and same symptoms in my left hand from 02 months. In SEP-23 I did the ANA profile, nurve conduction studay, Surel nurve biopsy, vitamins, diabatis and thyroid test all are negative with no diagnosis. I have mild nurve pinch in L4/S1 for which docter said it is due to sitting job. Presently I am taking gabapin and vitamin B12 medicine.
Last week again I did nurve conduction studay which was normal.
Please advise reasons possibly why I am feeling burning niddle pinching sensation in my feet.
Also advise if there is any other test I have to do.
I have diabetic peripheral neuropathy in my feet I have a lot of burning. Sometimes I feel like my feet are just buzzing all day long, and I am starting to feel it in my hands.. I’ve been on Lyrica for quite a while and the doctor just upped my medication or down the medication but I don’t feel any difference with it. Any suggestions out there?

I have neuropathy in both feet Numbness no pain except when I used to wear tight shoes. Mine was caused by toxins I was exposed to for many years.

Of course I am not a doctor so I am just guessing. I’m wondering if it could be the blood circulation in your feet that is the problem.
Perhaps you should get that checked out.
I can’t remember the specialist who monitors blood flow.
I had neuroma in one foot, got 7 injections to kill the nerve. Took 2 yrs for pain to subside. Now I have neuroma in the other foot and 7 more shots, no improvement. Lyrica, Gabapentin, CBD, Tramadol, Meloxicam do absolutely nothing for foot pain. I'm not diabetic.
I have neuropathy pain in my left toes where they join my feet. The only thing I found is Biofreeze Spray, it numbs the pain enough for me to able to get to sleep

Welcome @danno5589, It's good to hear you found something that helps numb the pain long enough so you can get to sleep. Have you been diagnosed with some type of neuropathy?

@sufiwalk you most likely have low back Lumbar-Sacral spine issues from years of sitting at your work. That mild pinch may be causing your issues? The nerves coming off L5-S1 nerve roots feed your feet, hence the pinching. You most likely need an MRI of your spine in order to be diagnosed properly. Welcome to the bad back club.
Once you’re healed enough get a home physical therapy exercise program to help your back or change jobs. Good luck
Hi hi I've had neuropathy in my legs and I'm not a diabetic I always get questions have you had neuropathy if you're not a diabetic and they did a test in my legs where they took biopsies in my skin and they found small fibers . . You should see it orthopedic doctor and see if there's anything . Pictures anything wrong with your dick and spine and get MRI done. I find that compressive stockings work to help remind neuropathy and something called bio please. And tiger bomb. Have you gotten your B12 check and your electrical lights checked if you don't have enough of B12 or potassium it can make cause tingling in your feet too. And magnesium too. Hope you get answers
Hi @sufiyan2kom, You are not alone when it comes to burning sensation in your feet. I did search of Connect for other members and there are quite a few discussions and comments on the topic that you might find helpful to determine what the possible cause is - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/discussions/?search=burning+pain+in+feet
