I've got to look up Delta 9 since it's a new one to me, but we're like you - willing to try just about anything as long as it relieves even some of the pain. Doctors are so tied to government restrictions these days they walk a tightrope just trying to help patients with serious pain issues. Good luck in your search for help and relief. Take care of yourself.

4 ReactionsIt is important I say this…I had an ‘innocent encounter’ with Delta 8, and I think it is far more dangerous than alcohol. It should be legislated some way in my state, but it is not. These Delta products are not ‘innocent’. If you try it, please take that into consideration and start with only a 1/4 or 1/2 gummie…and NOT with Tramadol until you understand it better.
I read in the news of a highly-regarded man who was taking Tramadol and combined it with a few drinks and died, so be careful what you combine. You take care too.

1 ReactionWow. How encouraging. It’s not my kind of neuropathy but I know several with lower leg PN who might try this. I appreciate your ‘anecdotal’ caution. Best to you…take care.
Hi Janie
Don’t know if it’s the same, but about a month after my stroke I developed what my neurologist calls central pain syndrome or thalamus pain syndrome The entire left side of my body has burning, stinging pain, feels very cold most of the time
He said it happens to a small percentage of stroke victims
I have been treated with multiple pain meds, meds like anti depressants and anti convulsants( which supposedly work for some people with this problem),
medical marijuana, acupuncture, PT.. all with
absolutely zero results
I hope this isn’t your problem. My pain is the same all the time; hope yours isn’t and you find relief. You are first person
I have found on this site who mentioned post stroke pain. PS. My stroke was a result of undiagnosed
Polycythemia Vera, no other underlying medical conditions. Wish you the best
I found the same situation, sit down...wait for doctor who gives you a max of 15 minutes. I then took the suggestion of a friend in the medical field and asked to see a nurse practitioner in the same office. All my medical records were right there. That was in 2004 and still see the sane nurse practitioner today, she is great. Her appointments are 30 minutes apart.

1 ReactionPeople; Any kind of weed helps. Delta 8 is not as effective as Delta 9 for our needs. When you want to open up or expand your arteries more and better this works. Basically there are 2 kinds of Marijuana, Sativa, which hypes you up and Indica which does just the opposite. Anyway O2 flowing thru your body will help. Treetop
All of the comments are quite old for this discussion. Is there anyone currently suffering this problem? Looking for some help other than just medication.

1 ReactionI have Neuropathy in my feet sometimes hurts so bad it wakes me up if I can even get to sleep. doctor gave me Duloxetine for pain said it takes a month to start working, what a joke. that medication is used for mental patients. But what I found to help a lot is a shock therapy unit on amazon prime. you can spend anywhere from 30 Dollars to 100 dollars. It looks like a cell phone with wires. it's the best thing ever if you don't get help from doctors. Ya it's a little annoying but helps me to go right to sleep. It really takes the pain away for a while you will love it. Mike
