Hi @lhuie2 that is good you have found a solution to resolve the issue.
Did your doctor tell you to do the warm water enema or did you come up with that yourself?
My doctor at that time didn’t seem to have any suggestions other than giving me some literature on the subject. I don’t recall that this remedy was in the literature and I may have discovered it after more research. However, it works almost immediately and I can go back to sleep.

Not much has changed. It feels more like a cramp or spasm in the pelvic floor area. Thanks
