alendronate for 6 months but didn't work. I'm also on hydrochlorothiazide now because I lose calcium in my urine

@daph how did the hydrochloride help with your calcium loss via urine? Found out once same issue and just started. Had Reclast infusion 2 days ago - acute side effects were a real thing! Aches chills cold sweat nausea no appetite hardly drank any water yesterday feeling 99% better today!
