Both conditions arise from the same mechanism - plaque build up. At least the coronary issues have the potential to be addressed via stent or bypass, but as my neurologist said "we can't roto root your brain". Good luck!

I thought that CSVD (cerebral small vessel disease) was irreversible. Is there any treatments that you’re aware of?
