Vitamin K2

I am 84, with higher cardio calcification, no blockage. Is it safe, and helpful, to take vitamin K2 ?

I would suggest asking your doctor to check for vitamin and mineral deficiencies. I don't take supplements unless discussed with my doctor with the exception of iron because of frequent blood product donations. Just my 2 cents worth.
