Hello @chemifree, Welcome to Mayo Connect. We are glad you found us. Connect is a good place to ask questions and learn what others with similar health concerns are doing to help. There is an older discussion similar to your question that you may want to read. You can see it here:
https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/there-is-no-time-like-to-present-to-make-positive-changes-to-your-lifestyle/

There is also some information on multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS) on the John Hopkins Medicine Health Library here:
http://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/healthlibrary/test_procedures/gastroenterology/multiple_chemical_sensitivity_85,P00480/

Do you have a diagnosis from your doctors that you can share? Hopefully other Connect members will join the discussion and be able to offer some help.

John

Hi @chemifree,

Albeit delayed, I'd like to extend a warm welcome, and thank you for reaching out to the Connect community. John has provided some great resources, and I found this informative article online which you may wish to read:

Although we haven't heard from them in a while, I'd like to invite @jodooley @jordanm and @akae to join us here, and share their thoughts and insights about Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS).

@chemifree, how you do you manage your symptoms? Are there certain "everyday" chemicals that you have to completely avoid?
