Please join me in welcoming Joud Haj Sakor to MCVP! Joud will be supporting outpatient operations at the Infusion Therapy Center downtown. Currently a high school senior, Joud has joined our Young Volunteer program and will transition into our College Volunteer program when she begins her studies at University of Minnesota, Rochester.

Q: Are you originally from the Rochester area? If not, where else have you lived?
A: No; I moved to the US six years ago. I am originally from Syria, but was born and raised in the United Arab Emirates.

Q: When you aren't volunteering, what else do you like to do?
A: Working out and biking

Q: What three items would you take with you to a deserted island?
A: My phone, a tent, and food

Q: What is your proudest accomplishment?
A: Graduating high school with 47 college credits

Q: What is your favorite thing about Mayo Clinic?
A: How it's there for humanity and helps people around the world, and how people all over the world specifically come here.

Welcome aboard, Joud!
