Register today for After the Diagnosis, a free, person seminar that provides a roadmap of information and resources to guide those impacted by dementia and their care partners. After the Diagnosis will take place on Friday, March 21st from 12:30-4pm at the Mayo Clinic Alzheimer's Disease Research Center.
Light refreshments will be served mid-event. Convenient and handicap accessible parking is available at the Research Center.
