Stitched Together: Stories of Support in Cancer Survivorship

Created from the voices of cancer survivors, this unique digital quilt honors the powerful role of caregivers and community support in navigating the cancer experience.

Earlier in May, we invited cancer survivors to share their voices and experiences through an online community form, focusing on the people and communities who support them.

Thanks to the heartfelt responses we received, our team created a digital quilt—each square representing a unique story, stitched together to form something greater than any one piece alone. This artwork reflects the strength, compassion and connection that surround the cancer experience.

Caregivers, loved ones and communities are the essential stitches in this quilt. Their presence binds each story together, offering comfort, resilience and hope. Individually, each response is powerful; together, they form a patchwork of support that uplifts and sustains survivors through every stage of their journey.

Thank you to our survivors for sharing your stories, and to the caregivers and communities who stand beside them every day. This quilt is a reflection of you—woven together with care, strength and unwavering support.

Please note that some responses have been minimally edited for grammar and readability, while maintaining the integrity of each person’s original message.
