18mths down the track after developing PMR ... on minimal Prednisone and low dose Plaquinil

Only MTX and Plaquenil have been suggested ... Meniere's can be worse than pmr.

12mg pred now taking 4.5 mg LDN and Plaquenil ... Funny, my PMR also started with a hamstring ... Classic PMR hit weeks later.

Rheumatologist were symptoms more like those of PMR ... Although I started the Plaquenil only ... the descriptions of symptoms on the PMR ... feel the my condition leans toward PMR

I am getting off pred (I have had PMR ... ) and am on plaquenil and Low Dose Naltrexone

add on meds the latest of which is Plaquenil ... docs usually dont have insight to PMR

I was treated for PMR for some time ... Sjogren's so was given 200mg of Plaquenil ... what I can only describe as typical PMR ... So my plaquenil didn't do anything ... for the PMR pain.

I agree and feel that my PMR was also ... So A few weeks later Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine ... to 7.5 mg and have also stopped the Plaquenil ... This PMR is horrible. ... Wishing all the PMR suffers success

53 and on 200 Hydroxycloroquine aka Plaquenil ... in the am and pm for PMR. 5 mg prednisone

It is reasonable to try Plaquenil when ... acting then prednisone if you have PMR

Hydroxychloroquine (Plaquenil) can be ... later depending on the progression of PMR ... RA shortly after my diagnosis with PMR ... with adding the medication if I had PMR ... did indicate it would benefit both PMR
