Started pain early Dec 2025, (self) ... diagnosed PMR 4th January 2026. ... PMR was vicious over January/February ... Working out and muscles coming back ... never fully went to sleep and came back

So have you had your cortisol tested? Since steroids mess with it, it might be worth...
Have you tried going back to 3-5mg steroids ... be confused with PMR pain so that may ... are struggling with - which leads back ... consistent with PMR pain, jic you did ... If your doctors are doubtful about PMR
