Hi @rickhood, I've always been in the pre-diabetic category and not wanting to make my neuropathy...

Some diagnosed me with small fiber neuropathy ... at a desk job for 30+ years did not help ... My surgery has helped improved some ... to nerves/spinal cord (depending on what ... your MRI shows and what levels).

Welcome @sfmcfar, I don't think you are the first person whose ever asked that question -...
was first diagnosed with idiopathic small ... fiber peripheral neuropathy but only ... numbness so no drugs were available that helped ... That's really what brought me to ... members have shared helps.
