Thanks John! I started on Pred last April 15mg was not enough so it was 20mg...
My PMR started very suddenly/very bad ... I took it all in the morning I had pain ... such a low dose I can still be in pain ... week for the first time it was my hand

I have seen a few posts where people mention that their bilateral hand pain and stiffness...
people mention that their bilateral hand ... pain and stiffness started to resolve ... woke up this morning able to move my hands ... which seems to be helping with the PMR ... pains.
