My feet now are very numb with shooting pain off and on. Tingling also. Sometimes cold...
Helps me get to sleep and stay asleep ... Recliner helps. ... My knees hurt on and off but I have fibromyalgia ... Hope these suggestions might help you ... Keep trying to find what works for you
