I am not "new" to a spinal fusion - L-4 / L-5 fused 30 years ago...
4 / L-5 fused 30 years ago - 4 screws ... and two rods // L-3 /L-4 three weeks ... I was a carpenter and I abused my back ... Before this recent surgery I was unable ... I used to walk every day 2-3 miles.

The pain did come back months later ... RFA (radio frequency ablation of my L5 ... branch nerve as well as S1,S2 and S3. ... I also had a steroid injection in L4 ... I’m not interested in surgery.
