I have mild osteoporosis left hip along with with a bulging disc at L4/5 several compression...

I've had sciatica twice. ... The first was from a herniated disc ... mostly and calf - would get stabbing pain ... The second attack of sciatica was on ... This time part of the disc at S1/L5

information of having a ruptured C5/C6 + herniated ... T discs as well, this kind of raises ... My spine issues were mainly the herniated ... collapsed C5/C6 disc with bone spurs ... like sciatic pain.
