Just 30 to 60 minutes of weekly jogging can add up to substantial health benefits. It's estimated that roughly 3 to 4 times the duration of walking is needed to achieve the same health benefits that jogging can deliver. What's your top jogging tip to avoid injury and keep it fun?
Run within my fitness level.. pace, distance, hills. Running immediately became Fun. Not certain why. Perhaps being an introvert allowed me to run alone, the pleasure and mindfulness of long distance running on peaceful roads and trails.
