Register today for After the Diagnosis, a free in-person seminar providing a road map of information and resources to guide those impacted by dementia and their care partners. After the Diagnosis will take place on Monday, February 2nd from 11:30am-4:30pm at the Mayo Clinic Medical Complex Northwest, Building B. A light lunch will be provided and refreshments will be served mid-event. Convenient and handicap accessible parking available at the location.
