New Volunteer: Yusra Dini

Please welcome one of our newest Mayo Clinic Young Volunteers, Yusra Dini! This fall, Yusra is a junior at Rochester STEM Academy. She will be visiting Methodist hospital patients during her hospitality cart volunteer shifts.

Q: Are you originally from the Rochester area? If not, where else have you lived?
A: I was born and raised here in Rochester, MN.

Q: When you aren't volunteering, what else do you like to do?
A: I like going out with people and just walking around.

Q: What three items would you take with you to a deserted island?
A: A Polaroid camera, water, and a flash light

Q: What is your proudest accomplishment?
A: When I made it to the basketball team when I was in 8th grade. I've been training so long for that day.

Q: What is your favorite thing about Mayo Clinic?
A: Meeting and helping people. I also like how quiet it is.
