New Volunteer: Elizabeth Rettmann

Please join me in welcoming Elizabeth Rettmann to Mayo Clinic Young Volunteers! Elizabeth is starting her junior year at John Marshall High School. As a volunteer, she will be supporting operations on the downtown campus.

Q: Are you originally from the Rochester area? If not, where else have you lived?
A: Yes, originally from Rochester

Q: When you aren't volunteering, what else do you like to do?
A: I dance ballet, play piano, play clarinet in marching band, and sing in a choir.

Q: What three items would you take with you to a deserted island?
A: I would bring a lighter, an ax, and rope.

Q: What is your proudest accomplishment?
A: I have grown two very strong relationships with my sisters.

Q: What is your favorite thing about Mayo Clinic?
A: I love the welcoming and caring environment.
