Andy Cao is another new face in our Mayo Clinic Young Volunteers program! Heading into his senior year at Century High School, Andy and his partner, Will, will be visiting hospital patients at Methodist with the hospitality cart.
Q: Are you originally from the Rochester area? If not, where else have you lived?
A: I was born in China, lived in New York, and then moved to Rochester.
Q: When you aren't volunteering, what else do you like to do?
A: Playing guitar, working out, and coding
Q: What three items would you take with you to a deserted island?
A: Flint, meat, and seeds to grow plants
Q: What is your proudest accomplishment?
A: I wrote a medical-related paper.
Q: What is your favorite thing about Mayo Clinic?
A: Helping people
