With Mother's Day just around the corner, the team at the Todd and Karen Wanek Family Program for HLHS would like to take a minute to acknowledge, honor and thank all of you hard working moms out there. There's no doubt that this is the toughest job in the world, but it's also the most rewarding one you'll ever have. From those midnight feedings, to those magical kisses that heal bumps and bruises, to those proms and graduations, and everything along the way, your super powers shine through.
We found a video that we thought most parents could relate to. Warning....you may need to grab a tissue!
For all of you moms, who put the needs of your family above your own, we thank you!
