The HABIT Healthy Action to Benefit Independence & Thinking® program in the Midwest region was recently featured in the local news during a session in August in the La Crosse, Wisconsin area. The story focused on participants' use of the memory support system (MSS), or "HABIT planner", which is the tool we use to help support memory and promote independence in people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI).
It is always great to have local stories in the news on our program to promote awareness that there ARE resources out there for people living with MCI. Take a look!
Great job Wisconsin team!!
