Anyone hear about this? I've been reading about it and it could be approved to treat dry AMD in the not too far future. This...

After cataract surgery have had terrible problems with blurring when I move my eye/eyes...have tried multiple treatments...artificial tears, blood serum drops, steriods, gabapentin....etc......not really sure...

I have chronic dry eyes and my ophthalmologist is recommending “tear care” procedure. Has anyone had this treatment procedure?
