This support group meets weekly via Zoom and focuses on topics relevant to women who have been diagnosed with non-metastatic breast cancer. Meet peers who can relate to the physical and mental aspects along this journey. Breast cancer survivors lead this group with support each month from providers in the Diagnostic Breast Clinic and the Division of Medical Oncology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dogmama, I had a bilateral mastectomy 9 years ago and yes I still have shooting pains especially when I wear prosthesis that last for at least 2 days.. I also have extreme pain in both shoulders.. I have been told that I need surgery but Thank You, and THAT would be a No... Blessings
