Hi @jeanene and Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. We are happy that you will be able to join us. I transplanted 9 years ago and I am also very interested in this webinar. This will be my 1st time to have this kind of opportunity. Did you register? What is something you would like to ask while you are waiting for your transplant?

This is great! I was transplanted three and a half years ago and wanted to know what happens behind the scenes and actually still do. I’m looking forward to this!

Hi, @bexhall -- that is wonderful you were transplanted three and a half years ago. Glad this will give you a chance to see behind the scenes a bit.

@bexhall -- have you by chance checked out our transplant group on Mayo Clinic Connect? It's a wonderful, supportive group, and I am sure they would love to meet you. https://connect.mayoclinic.org/group/transplants/.

I am looking forward to this webinar. My daughter was diagnosed with Biliary Atresia at 1 week old. So it will be nice knowing more about the transplant part of it as she may have to have one some day.

Welcome to Connect, @kswan926. May I ask how old your daughter is now? How is she doing?

She will be 3 end of May. She's doing really good right now thanks to the Kasai procedure she had done at 2 and a half weeks old. We still have to watch for signs of possible infections n failures. But she is a normal sassy almost 3 year old Haha.
