What about eggs and orange juice?

My "advice" to the previous post. An expanded reading would be:
Eggs for protiens, fats and acids and all of the micro and macro nutrients necessary for life plus a glass of sunshine and fluid to boost her immune system.
Certainly there is more to the subject than that so if you have contrary or better information I would love to read it
The previous post reads; "Yes, my wife as well needs some advice on nutritious meals for her, she has a gfr of 32, 87 years old, still very active in yard work, etc, but would welcome some or any meal suggestions Thank you" So I hope that clears things up for you Leroy.
