I made a video to help people get through the first 30 days of Zoloft

I can't post links on here but if you search MichaelPaulNorman or surviving your first 30 days on Zoloft you'll be able to find it on YouTube. You can also private message me For the link or just to ask questions. Zoloft has been an amazing drug for me but that first 30 days is TOUGH!

That's interesting! I would like more information on that as well. I was prescribed Zoloft but I always half the dosages because I believe in starting at the lowest dose. Prescription was for 25 mg every day...I took it in the a.m. and promptly got sleepy about three hours later. That's not gonna work for me. So I decided to take it at bedtime. Then actually got bored with the thought of having to adjust the times and have not been taking it, even though I think I would benefit from a low dose......just to lift the clouds so to speak.

Hi
Initially I started 25 mg in the morning but as you got tired so now I take it after supper and it's great I've been on it almost 3 months and I can't say enough good things about this medication I would not hesitate to start if I was you. I also take one quarter of a Trazodone pill at bedtime which is 12.5 mg and it's fantastic for sleep. I got depression after being taken off my hormone therapy prior to my cancer diagnosis and going through treatment and then losing four people while I was going through treatment. The ups and downs of the menopause symptoms I got were nuts and the Zoloft has been a godsend.
