WREN Laboratories NET testing

Hast anyone been tested for NET with Wren. Blood test? I just got tested with positive at 69 (nothing over 40 is positive). All my other test including 2 PET scans, MRI, CT and other bloodwork came back normal. I feel like I have the symptoms of NET now for 8 months. Is this test accurate telling me I do have an NET?

I personally don't know anything about WREN. How did you hear about them? What were you hoping to learn from them? I am curious. Thanks
