Would feet & ankle pain have anything to do with PMR?
I was just wondering if PMR has anything to do with both my feet & ankle pain. They hurr so bad I can hardly walk on them @ times. The pain is under my heels & other areas of my feet.

I’m interested in finding out this also. I have severe foot and ankle pain. I see a podiatrist and get steroid injections a few times a year which helps somewhat.

1 ReactionI believe they do. I began to have ankle pain about six months ago as well as foot pain. But I notice is if I wear a bit of a heel (it’s only on my left foot),It’s better, but when I wear sneakers or something flat, it’s much worse. I use magnesium cream at night and that does give it some relief as well as Voltaren or
asper cream they both have the same active ingredient.

1 ReactionAll I know is that I really think that there can’t be a connection between PMR and foot pain for me. I get pains and different part of my feet and what I do is keep switching around shoes but I really don’t know it’s very very confusing and no fun for me! Wishing you the very best going forward.

1 ReactionSo true, very frustrating. I’ve had foot pain for 20 years and am on podiatrist number 5.
Had to try a lot of different brands of shoes before I found one that helps.
Foot soaks with Epsom salts help.
Good luck to you!
