Would feet & ankle pain have anything to do with PMR?
I was just wondering if PMR has anything to do with both my feet & ankle pain. They hurr so bad I can hardly walk on them @ times. The pain is under my heels & other areas of my feet.

I’m interested in finding out this also. I have severe foot and ankle pain. I see a podiatrist and get steroid injections a few times a year which helps somewhat.
I believe they do. I began to have ankle pain about six months ago as well as foot pain. But I notice is if I wear a bit of a heel (it’s only on my left foot),It’s better, but when I wear sneakers or something flat, it’s much worse. I use magnesium cream at night and that does give it some relief as well as Voltaren or
asper cream they both have the same active ingredient.
All I know is that I really think that there can’t be a connection between PMR and foot pain for me. I get pains and different part of my feet and what I do is keep switching around shoes but I really don’t know it’s very very confusing and no fun for me! Wishing you the very best going forward.
So true, very frustrating. I’ve had foot pain for 20 years and am on podiatrist number 5.
Had to try a lot of different brands of shoes before I found one that helps.
Foot soaks with Epsom salts help.
Good luck to you!
