Good luck with your DEXA scan❤️. Windyshores brings so much calm and information to the site.

Windyshores shared her vast knowledge of osteoporosis medications as well as her experiences with them as well as her very painful experiences with her fractures, and for that, I (and I think it's safe to say we all are) so very grateful for her guiding hand through all our osteoporosis journeys. Miss you, Windyshores, and I pray that you are well and just taking a break. Be well, our friend.

it is such a confusing journey. I wrote on here quite a few times about my HRT with the pallets my echo light scan, which was very good now tomorrow I go for my DEXA scan and I’m petrified and anxious.

Saw a post from Windyshores on December 24, 2024, so pretty recently. Something may have happened since then. She was so very helpful. I am working with Dr. Keith McCormick and was pleased years ago to see Windyshores mention his name and that she had consulted with him. Dr. McCormick does phone consultations, if you are searching for a knowledgable doctor. His website is Osteonaturals.com. I just finished two years of Tymlos with virtually no side effects. Improved from total spine T-score of -4.7 to -4.1. I am working with Dr. McCormick on the next step, which will be Evenity, if it will be approved. He has written two books; I have the first one--The Whole Body Approach to Osteoporosis and it has been very helpful. Have not purchased the newer one yet. You can order them on his website.

I, too, reiterate every good comment made about @windyshores' helpfulness and knowledge in the struggle we all have to get and stay healthy.

Addressing the Mayo Clinic forum host, would it be a violation of ethics or etiquette for you to contact windyshores and express the group's concerns and inquire as to her health?
