Why do I have pain in my arms when I need to pee

I have this, too. It’s gotten more intense then better after my rectocele/cystocele repair but now flaring up again with uti symptoms that keep coming back clean. I’m being started on hrt for menopause to see if it helps but it’s bad enough that I was googling answers because the zaps are very intense. Always the neck and right arm.
