To Dr. Colon. (Jacksonville)
I appreciate all you are doing for my journey with metastatic endometrial cancer. Answering my crazy questions so late at night. Great job Covering for Swapna while she was out of the office. You called my healthcare to get coverage on a treatment.
Thankyou for all your efforts.

To Dr. Colibaseanu, (Jacksonville),
To the colon surgeon and your team, Thankyou for all the efforts of your team on Oct. 19, 2021, to try to cut out my endometrial cancer and placement of my colostomy. You were all checking on me during my 13 days. Your support staff of nurses were great afterwards. I was the one who wondered why you couldn’t wake up my colon like they do for hearts. You and the team chucked.
I am doing ok.

To Dr. Charlie in Jacksonville ER,
I went in for the first time, you had the best bedside manner. I was scared, you and the team kept things moving. I just thought you all deserved some recognition.

Hello @ofemipupo,

I appreciate your interest in helping this 41-year-old person with muscular dystrophy (MD). Is this a family member or friend?

In order to connect you with others on Connect, could you provide a bit more information? It would help if you could share the types of problems this individual is having.

In the meantime, here is a link to some information about how Mayo Clinic treats MD, https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/muscular-dystrophy/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20375394.

I look forward to hearing from you again. Will you let me know what specific information you need to help this individual? For example, how long ago was this diagnosis made, what are the major challenges he/she is facing now?
