@usccrowley, you've been on Brukinsa for 2 years. How are you doing on the treatment? Is it working for you? What, if any, side effects do you have and how do you manage them?

Thanks for tagging Colleen. I have not bee very active on the site.

I have been on Brukinsa just over a year. 160 mg BID for WM. It is keeping me alive. My Hgb was 7.6 before starting, now I am over 14. All my labs have improved, a few still just outside the normal range still. But I feel great. Really no WM symptoms or side effects.

What is Hgb? You take 2 capsules daily? I take 3, would prefer 2. Any joint issues?

No joint issues. No side effects. I think dosage depends on diagnosis. Lab work in many cases is not prognostic to my understanding. Cannot compare labs with other people, just compare them to your earlier, per-treatment labs. The important thing is how you feel and whether you are able to live with quality. Best of luck!
