White Blood Cell Count (Duffy Antigen-Related) with anemia

I have been going to a Hematologist so many times for bloodwork. It’s always you wbc is low then one minute your rec is high or low. See you in 6 months . But talked to family and the Duffy disorder runs in family. Have an appointment again in a month. But I think this is the last for me. Wondering if maybe I was born with anemia and this disorder. I’ve looked for specialist here in Virginia that works with this but can’t find any local. Just tired of spinning around in circles.
