Which doctor is best to treat Osteoporosis?

@jackieo1919 My primary care dr. (now former) never even mentioned it to me in my annual wellness visits. She was useless and I was negligent. When I at last mentioned to her that I had not had a DEXA in several (many) years she finally ordered it, and when it came back with -3.2, she casually asked me if I wanted to start treatment. My follow up appointment, she barely focused on it and I had to ask about the treatment options. Her knowledge was almost non-existent. She should have suggested I see a specialist at that point, and did not. I told her I would consult with my endo and did so, as well as with my rheumatologist. Both were my existing doctors, already, and neither ever mentioned or brought up the subject of a DEXA scan or osteoporosis, despite my age (76 when I was diagnosed) or my thin body frame. Even my gynecologist could have mentioned it and did not. I see all 3 doctors regularly. The lesson to take away from this: WHEN PRACTICAL, BE YOUR OWN DIAGNOSTICIAN! Be responsible for doing your research and then discussing results or concerns with a trusted physician. In the end, I chose Tymlos after extensive research. None of my doctors suggested it as the best option for initial treatment and it has turned out to be the best for me.
