@yessir. I don't understand your question concerning "real scitozos". Can you please explain?

My educated guess here is yessir is talking about folks with the mental health issue of schizophrenia. Yessir is in the depression and anxiety support group here so it makes sense to me.
Yessir is looking for like-minded folks with this terrible mental health disorder and is hoping to reach out to folks with such a disorder for much needed support.
Of course, I could be wrong...but yessir is "trting to meet my people".
If I am right - I would say to yessir there are plenty of support groups for folks with schizophrenia...do an on line search in your area, contact your local mental health facility or even NAMI can point you in the right direction.
Not sure if yessir will find good support here...but perhaps did reach out to some folks who will respond. The very best of luck to you!

There are a few “ scititzo” illnesses. 🤔 which are you referring to? Do you really label yourself that way?
