Revision, kyphoplasty or live with the pain - How do I choose?

I’ve had S1-L2 spinal fusion L2 fractured after 2 days of surgery. They sent me home to let body heal fracture on its own with PT and home health 3 months pain was severe mri showed height loss and screws coming out. Revision surgery was done L2-T10. Sent home PT and home health about 2-1/2 months pain was severe doing pt. CT scan showed T10 fractured. Again asked to let body try to heal. Braced and no pt. Walk if possible do no household chores and wait. 6 weeks later mri showed fracture worsening and screws loosening. Now, I have been given a choice 1. Leave it live with pain, and see what happens, 2. Take screws out do kyphoplasty on T10, 3. Revision surgery take the screws out and extend surgery to T4. Now, what do you think is a good choice? My pain is moderate to severe with worsening kyphosis.

I've missed the beginning of your story... What was the reason for your surgery initially?
