@carlveal21, it is hard to hear that cancer has spread to the brain. I can imagine you are scared. May I ask what type of cancer you had that then spread? What treatment is being recommended for you? Radiation?
Ask your doctor. Your type of cancer is most relevant. Your age, general health, adherence to treatment protocols, etc. all impact outcomes also.
