What major problems to the heart could be caused by anxiety ?

In the past month I’ve been to hospital two times due to heart problems,very low BP and 35 beats,pain on my left side,close to fainting. It happened few time in the past year.
Just I had all the heart test done and everything is ok for my age( 79).
Could be anxiety,could be anything else,I’m confused.
If is anxieties,how to treat it ?

I have panic black ours. Its like a seizure. I get confused, start stuttering, my eyes roll back and I pass out. It all happens in seconds. Very scary!
