Magnesium glyconate keeps my muscle cramps at bay. I know right away if I miss a day. I use 'Epsom-it' cream [OTC] [magnesium sulfate] to apply for quick relief of local pain. Watch out for Magnesium citrate as it is a laxative, too!
My chiropracter relieves my siatica with his adjustments.
