What is the average age of the gentlemen on here?

good evening men. i have a group question here. i,m 57 years old and i feel that is kind of young to have prostate cancer. so my question for the men is what is the age of some of you?

80 last sept Just qualified fro LU 177 On Abiraterone now Did Radium 223, Xtandi, and 2 sets of chemo which reaction flooded my lungs with fluid

Had radiation to L2 in 2020 and full prostate in 2018 so 7 8 years now Feel great yet concerned on OS of 15 months??

advise?

Diagnosed at 55 - very aggressive, bladder lesions. Radical Prostatectomy at 56. 39 Radiation Treatments at 57. Now 66 had single SBRT proton beam 2 weeks ago. VA says I am uncurable, Mayo Clinic said let's kill that thing after PET Scan

Good for you! "Incurable" doesn't mean "doomed". Lots of diseases are incurable, but with modern medicine people still live with them until they reach a natural old age.

As I've mentioned before, there are strong signs that advanced prostate cancer is on the cusp of that, and I am hopeful for you, me. and all the rest of us with "incurable" advanced PCa.
