What happens if take LDN with hydrocodone temporarily

Have 4 kidney stones I’m trying to pass to avoid surgery. I’ve passed 1. Worst pain. Was given hydrocodone, 800mg ibuprofen and Flomax to help pass stones. Take Flomax mostly daily right now (not for pain supposedly to enlarge ureter), been in pain for over 1 month off and on, mostly on. Really avoiding taking the ibuprofen but mostly avoiding the hydrocodone. I’ve taken it maybe 4 times in a month. But stone pain getting worse. to be Thank God fibromyalgia pain has been okay (, not in flare up right now), which is probably due to the LDN. Do I need to stop LDN if only taking Hydrocodone occasionally temporarily? Thank you for any advice. Really appreciate it.

Taking LDN with Hydrocodone reduce the effectiveness of the hydrocodone so it's not recommended.

Some providers will use them within the same day, but they need to be taken apart from each other. The LDN Research Trust has some great info on how far to space LDN apart from opioids given how long LDN typically stays in the system.
